Two Up-and-Coming Tropical Financial Marketing Pros Named to Trade Group’s Young Professional Board

Tabatha Cirgenski-Ruiz and Kara Yaquinta, both up-and-coming marketing professionals at Miramar, Florida-based Tropical Financial Credit Union, were named to leadership roles with the League of Southeastern Credit Union & Affiliates (LSCU) Young Professionals’ Division.

Cirgenski-Ruiz, Inbound Marketing Specialist, was named President of the division and Yaquinta, Content Strategist, was appointed to serve as chairperson of the Awareness Committee.

The LSCU is a trade association for credit unions in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. The organization supports member institutions in those states through education and government advocacy. The Young Professional’s division is designed to help people under age 40 to grow & develop in the industry.

Cirgenski-Ruiz’ role at Tropical Financial is to analyze market trends to impact data-driven business decisions, create segmented marketing programs and to drive engagement and lead generation. Yaquinta develops and strategically distributes innovative, educational content to drive new business to the credit union. She currently oversees Get Beyond Money, an initiative to educate young adults on effective ways they can budget and save money without giving up the lifestyle they desire.
