Palmer Trinity School (PTS) recently celebrated its class of 2020 graduating seniors by hosting a car parade through the school’s South Campus. Seniors were greeted by the Village of Palmetto Bay Mayor Karyn Cunningham and local firefighters in their firetrucks as they drive onto campus.
During the parade, each senior’s family drove their vehicles through the campus and were cheered on by Palmer Trinity senior advisors wearing masks and adhering to COVID-19 safety protocol. Patrick Roberts, Head of School; Ashley Chapman, Head of Upper School; and Hugo Mantilla, Board Chairman handed out yearbooks and gifts including monogrammed blankets, car flags and mugs. The school also arranged for a DJ play music for the duration of the celebratory parade.
