In light of the current situation our community is facing, Exquisite Catering by Robert will deliver freshly made Easter and Passover dinners to families in the tri-county area that feed up six people.

Exquisite’s Passover dinner menu features an eight-hour slow-cooked beef brisket served with pan gravy and caramelized onions and a fresh whole-roasted chicken. Sides include parsley potatoes and sautéed green beans. A tasty array of classic appetizers is also included: a box of Matzo crackers and Matzo ball soup, Gefilte fish, and chopped liver. The cost is $139 plus tax. Seder Plate items are available for an additional $15. (Plate not included).

The Easter menu features a whole honey baked spiral sliced ham served with cornbread stuffing, home-style green bean casserole, baked sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping, whipped mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, garden salad with assorted dressing and fresh rolls and butter. The cost is $109 plus tax.

“With people staying home focusing on keeping their families safe, we wanted to do something special to try and create a bit of normalcy around the holidays,” said Robert Egert, owner of Exquisite Catering. “With our traditional dinner packages, there is no need to make unnecessary visits to the grocery store. Instead, this year let us do the cooking.”

Since many larger events and corporate meetings have been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Exquisite has been focusing on creating food packages for smaller parties. Last month, it launched its Family Meal Special with seven different menus available for home delivery for up to five people.
