The bank’s Southeast Florida region continues strategic expansion in Miami-Dade County
Centennial Bank, South Florida Market – a customer-focused community bank servicing the tri-county region of Southeast Florida - is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in the City of Hialeah, Florida, marking it’s third in Miami-Dade County, at 1165 W. 49th St., Suite 107.
The bank celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on December 16 in which Hialeah Mayor Carlos Hernández was in attendance, as well as notable community members and bank customers. Opening to the public on the same day, the 2,200-square-foot branch is well positioned with its locale in the Palm Springs Mile shopping and close proximity to Okeechobee Road for breeze of access.

De Ona, will oversee banking in the Hialeah market, where the branch is located , managing a team with strong, existing clientele in the area. This new full-service commercial banking location will allow Centennial Bank to offer financial solutions in-branch, as well as online. An extensive program of commercial products and services will be available to assist customers with their business goals. The Centennial Bank Miami-Dade County market team will be transferring banking professionals Cynthia Herrera and Jusimith Morales from existing branches to join the Hialeah outpost, in addition to appointing Evelyn Hernandez as the new branch manager.
Centennial Bank’s other locations in Miami-Dade County include in Doral, at 8630 NW 25th St., and Coral Gables, at 121 Alhambra Plaza.
