First Miami-Dade location of fast-growing fitness craze officially open for classes

Downtown Dadeland, an urban dining, retail and fitness destination, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest fitness tenant Hard Exercise Works (HEW). HEW, which occupies more than 3,800 square feet, will open for free trial classes beginning the week of September 23.

The Downtown Dadeland location of Hard Exercise Works marks the franchise’s first foray into Miami-Dade County. The unique fitness concept combines endurance, strength and bodyweight training to give members a quick, fat burning, muscle building, high intensity workout. Each day classes are different ensuring members never experience the same workout twice. Along with a customized meal plan and supportive community and coaches for accountability, HEW works to help members with more than just weight loss, they help them implement an entire lifestyle change.
