Newest JetSet Miami Studios Open In Pinecrest/Palmetto, South Miami, Brickell

South Florida fitness entrepreneurs Aryan Rashed and Tamara Galinsky are jetting to success with a high-intensity “modern pilates” workout that has hooked professional athletes, models, celebrities and anyone hoping to boost their conditioning, strength, flexibility and overall wellness.
The partners’ newest JetSet Miami studios have opened in the Pinecrest/Palmetto, South Miami and Brickell areas.
Launched in 2010, the company now has eight locations in South Florida, including its 2,000-square-foot Coral Gables flagship studio, as well as Wynwood, North Miami and two facilities on Miami Beach.
Rashed says JetSet has attracted such a following and growth because of the transformational workout that combines cardio, strength training and modern Pilates on the most technologically-advanced equipment. JetSet studios feature large reformer machines that allow for many more exercises and advanced athletic moves.
Classes are limited to 10 to 15 clients with an expert trainer, so each participant receives individualized coaching during the intense 50-minute session. Private sessions also are offered.
“The workout doesn’t discriminate. You get out of it what you put in,” Rashed says. “It doesn’t matter if you’re a 60-year-old woman, a monster NFL player or anybody in between.”
JetSet regulars include some of the biggest names in sports and fitness, including football and baseball all-stars and Victoria’s Secret models.
The latest studios in Pinecrest/Palmetto, South Miami and Brickell are to attract new customers, and to serve many clients from these communities who have been traveling to existing JetSet locations.
Rashed and Galinsky are working on plans to open additional locations in South Florida, potentially franchise the concept, and make JetSet a national brand. Both have notable business training and experience to achieve this goal.
Galinsky was a commercial real estate executive and has an Ivy League economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Rashed practiced law after graduating from the University of Miami Law School, and also earned a master’s degree in international policy from Stanford University and a political economy degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
They’re both members of Entrepreneurs’ Organization South Florida, one of the world’s largest EO chapters, with member businesses accounting for more than $2 billion in yearly revenues and 10,000 jobs in this region.

The newest studios are located at 14857 South Dixie Highway (Pinecrest/Palmetto); 6448 South Dixie Highway (South Miami); 40 Southwest 13th Street in the Infinity (Brickell).
