Pulte Group’s North Florida division has announced that Jonathan Pierce has been named Vice President of Construction. In this new role, Pierce will be responsible for overseeing construction operations, including construction, customer care and support teams for the North Florida division. The division closes on more than 1,500 homes annually.

Previously, Pierce was Vice President of Procurement for Pulte after starting with the division in 2004.

Our division’s scale and superb community positions allow us to secure a strong trade partner base while attracting top industry talent,” said Pierce, who was been with the company for 15 years. “I look forward to delivering high quality homes, providing superior customer satisfaction and building upon a strong company culture.”

Pierce graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction.

Due to the proven demand for housing, Pulte’s North Florida division is planning to open more than 20 communities this year, 15 of those within master-planned developments across North and Central Florida.
