Preleasing Activities For 435-Unit Decorum Luxury Apartments In Fort Myers Expected To Commence This April

Projected mid-summer 2019 delivery of four-story luxury apartments featuring open breezeways and elevators located at 9851 Six Mile Cypress Parkway

Baltimore-based development firm Knott Realty Group has announced plans to kick-off preleasing activities for Decorum Luxury Apartments this April. The six-building, 435-unit gated apartment community is located at 9851 Six Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida. Each four story building overlooks landscaped lakes and courtyards will feature studios and one, two and three bedroom designs, as well as separate attached and detached parking garages. The apartment units were specially designed with sound assurance features that effectively reduces common apartment dwelling noises.

The open floorplans will range from 600 square feet to nearly 1500 square feet and feature contemporary-style kitchen and bathrooms with granite countertops, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances and modern fixtures. Additional unit highlights include nine-foot ceilings with ceiling fans throughout, ceramic tile and faux wood plank flooring and fully screened balconies.

An 18,000 square foot amenity-rich clubhouse featuring a state-of-the-art Fitness Center will serve as the focal point of the community. Residents will have full use of the clubhouse commercial demonstration kitchen, billiards and media room, private conference/dining room, and the resort-style pool with fully equipped outdoor grilling kitchens.
