Originally from Lima, Peru, Sandra Cappelleti-Diaz has lived in Florida for 27 years and volunteers regularly with the Angel Tree organization at St. Agnes Church in Key Biscayne and the Redland Christian Migrant Association in Florida City. A mother of three, Cappelleti-Diaz earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Christian Casini is a recent graduate of the University of Miami, having earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in real estate and finance. Born in Geneva, Switzerland, and raised in Milano, Italy, Casini got his start in real estate at 19 years old, managing luxury villas in Antigua and Barbuda.
For the last two years, Catarina Zagury Teles Da Silva has served as a marketing coordinator in EWM’s Key Biscayne office. She will now work as a real estate associate for The Spencer Raymond Group with EWM. Originally from Portugal, Da Silva earned a degree in psychology from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada and speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Victoria De Giraldo boasts 12 years of sales experience in real estate as well as more than 30 years in the jewelry industry. Originally from Bogota, Colombia, she has lived in Florida for more than 20 years and is fluent in Spanish and English. De Giraldo studied modern languages at the National University of Bogota.
For six years, Maria Ines Velasco worked as a sales associate for Envirotek Realty in Brickell. She was born in New York, raised in Colombia, and has lived in Florida for 20 years.
Marina Velazquez most recently worked in Mexico as a computer instructor for the Irish Institute. Throughout the years, she has held key positions in marketing and sales departments for major corporations, including IBM, Xerox and DEC. Originally from Asuncion, Paraguay, Velazquez has lived in Florida for five years. After earning a degree in computer science and programming from Universidad Católica de Asunciónin Paraguay -- as well as a marketing degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México -- Velazquez received her master’s in family sciences from Anahuac University in Mexico.
