In this role, Gandolfo will lead and oversee the development and construction of Pier Sixty-Six during the company’s revitalization of the iconic waterfront property.

Gandolfo brings a wealth of experience in assembling high performance, innovative teams for mixed-use development projects including hotel, high-rise residential, office and retail. He has a proven-track record of turning ideas and concepts into reality by maximizing development potential for all stakeholders. He comes to Tavistock from Swire Properties, where he spent 20 years overseeing and executing complex, large-scale development projects in the United States and China. Notably, he managed the $1.05B, mixed-use, 4.3 million square-foot Brickell City Centre Development through completion. Other projects successfully developed in Miami during his tenure with Swire Properties include Asia Condominiums, Jade Condominium and The Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
