Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice Presidents Judy Dolan and St. George Guardabassi negotiated a 39-month lease on behalf of Herzog Contracting Corp., an innovative rail and construction solutions company.

Herzog will occupy ±2,463 square feet at the DCOTA Office Center, located at 1815 Griffin Road in Dania Beach, Florida.

Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director John K. Criddle represented the landlord in the lease deal.

“DCOTA Office Center provided the perfect location for Herzog, given the property’s immediate proximity to Tri-Rail, the airport and South Florida’s major transportation routes,” commented Dolan.

The property is located at the southeast corner of Griffin Road & I-95, minutes to I-95, I-595 and Port Everglades, serving as an ideal location for the tenant.
