MG Developer’s Third Niche Development Receives TCO, Approaches Sell-Out Point

1/23/19

Beatrice Row

MG Developer announces its third consecutive development, Beatrice Row, has received its certificate of occupancy as it approaches full sale of the project. Located at 744 Biltmore Way, the completion of the three-story luxury townhomes marks the halfway point of MG Developer’s master residential community, Biltmore Square. Six of the property’s nine units have already been sold.

With a distinct level of elegant ‘row’ living, each townhome offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room throughout three levels. The first level provides ample room for a 4-car garage with service area, as well as a walk-in laundry room, library and full bath. The second level serves as the home’s main entry point, showcasing a magnificent entryway displaying meticulously designed staircases, gourmet kitchens with refined custom cabinetry, Calacatta countertops and premium appliances that create the ideal setting for high-end contemporary living. Other details such as private elevators, smart home automation, and expansive covered terraces accentuate the comforts of an opulent lifestyle. The third level of the home features the master suite with spa and a full bathroom decorated with Romanesque arches.

“We are thrilled to add Beatrice Row to our Coral Gables community, offering an intriguing and original kind of development that complements the city’s tranquil and lush atmosphere,” said Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer. “The steady pace at which Biltmore Square is growing is truly exciting, and we are delighted to be sharing this new MG development for our residents and the community to enjoy.”

Beatrice Row brings an international flair to Coral Gables with its design elements that are reminiscent of London’s Grosvenor Square and Boston’s Beacon Hill. Designed by the globally acclaimed architecture firm De La Guardia Victoria Architects and Urbanists, Beatrice Row’s distinct façade features romantic arches, authentic brick and marble, coral stone details and hand-crafted bronze-finished balconies provide an attractive backdrop to the canopy streetscapes Coral Gables is known for.

The project is MG Developer’s third development to achieve TCO in one year. At the end of 2017, the firm unveiled its 32-unit Biltmore Parc development (718 Valencia Avenue), initiating the launch of the four-project community known as Biltmore Square. Prior to that, MG Developer received TCO for 444 Valencia, a four-unit project named after the street it’s located at.

Prices for Beatrice Row start at $2.3 million. For more information on sales, contact Fortune International Realty at (305) 460-6719. For more general information visit www.MGDeveloperMiami.com.
