The asset sold for $1,325,000.

Gabriel Britti and Ronnie Issenberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Wendy's Melbourne is located at 1150 South babcock Street in Melbourne, FL and is operated by one of the largest Florida, Wendy’s franchisees. “There were multiple offers as this part of our state is highly sought after by National Investors and its proximity to the Orlando, Melbourne International Airport,” says Issenberg. “In our opinion, Florida is now the most desirous state for commercial real estate investments.
