Hiring for new PDKN Restaurant Group concept to take place at Bokamper’s Fort Lauderdale Monday through Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Former Miami Dolphins player and PDKN Restaurant Group partner Kim Bokamper is bringing another great concept to South Florida. Bo’s Beach, a new casual restaurant on Fort Lauderdale Beach, is hiring as it gears up for the grand opening this winter. PDKN Restaurant Group owns and operates Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill, with locations in Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Miramar, Naples, and Estero, as well as The Balcony, a sophisticated New Orleans-inspired restaurant on Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard. Located at 600 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Bo’s Beach offers local fresh seafood, farm-to-table dishes, a signature wood-fired oven and ocean-inspired classics. The restaurant will have both indoor and outdoor seating and will offer tables with direct ocean views.
Bo’s Beach is looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, passion for the industry, commitment to quality, experience working in a high-volume restaurant, and a take-charge attitude. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant. Bo’s Beach is looking for candidates with a professional appearance and ability to work as a team, and those with reliable transportation and the ability to be flexible when business dictates.
