Day Pitney LLP is pleased to announce the completion of its merger with South Florida-based law firm Richman Greer P.A. The combined firm retains Richman Greer's existing offices in Miami and West Palm Beach as well as all personnel, including fifteen attorneys. The merger is Day Pitney’s second expansion in Florida in three years.
