Luxury Brokerage Opens Two New Outposts And Signs Top Producers While Development Arm Is Tapped To Represent Three Projects

Beverly Hills-based, billion-dollar real estate brokerage and lifestyle company, The Agency Collective, has announced the opening of its second and third South Florida outposts while the firm’s new development arm, The Agency Development Group (TADG), is tapped to represent three new development projects. The new brokerage locations are 20900 NE 30th Avenue, Suite 607 in Aventura and 95 Merrick Way in Coral Gables. The new locales join the firm’s flagship location in Boca Raton just two months after the brokerage announced its expansion into the market.

Both the Aventura and Coral Gables locales will be led by industry veterans Chris Franciosa and Jared Ringel, who together have sold more than $100 million of new development and resale product. Howard Elfman will take the helm as Managing Broker, while Oliver Ruiz will serve as Strategic Growth Manager. The elite team of agents from The Dustin Fealy Group, which recently joined The Agency Collective, will be headquartered at the Coral Gables office.

The Agency Development Group (TADG), the firm’s development division, has been selected to represent 353 Sunset, Aventura Village and Bay Harbor One, three distinct and impactful projects located in Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Bay Harbor Islands.
