The asset sold for $3,030,000.

Douglas K. Mandel, senior managing director, Evan Richardson, senior associate, and Tyler S. Kuhlman, associate, all in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Aaron O'Connor, senior associate, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation’s Steven Goldwyn, vice president of capital markets, and David Purisch, associate director, arranged the financing for the buyer.

United Rentals Pompano Beach is located at 280 NW 12th Ave in Pompano Beach. The property is strategically zoned to allow for outdoor storage use of all types of equipment.
