One Real Estate Investment Appoints Eric Savir Senior Associate

One Real Estate Investment is pleased to announce that Eric Savir has joined the company as Senior Associate.

Before joining One Real Estate Investment, Savir was a senior analyst at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in Boca Raton, Florida where he underwrote and led the closing process for more than 170 transactions totaling $4.2 billion in commercial real estate loans over three years.

Prior to that, he was development associate at The Collier Companies in Gainesville, Florida where he worked on various ground-up student housing developments ranging from $15 million to $60 million in central Florida.

Savir received his MBA from the University of Florida with a concentration in real estate and marketing. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
