Conness Crissy Real Estate Advisors’ (CCREA) Patrick Conness and Mike Crissy represented the seller in the sale of 1258 Hammondville Road in Pompano Beach, Florida.

The 1976-built facility is a 21,535-square-foot refrigerated warehouse building situated 2.93 acres minutes west of I-95 at the intersection of Hammondville Road and Andrews Avenue and features 12 dock high loading positions and an oversized lot with ample trailer/truck storage.

Twin Rose Cold Storage paid $2,850,000 for the asset, which equates to $132 per square foot, and plans to continue operating the property as a cold storage distribution facility.

The sale closed October 15.

The deal represents CCREA’s fifth industrial transaction in the Pompano Beach submarket this year.
