Elizabeth R. Brusa
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth R. Brusa has joined the firm’s Tampa office as an associate in the Banking and Financial Services Practice Group.

Glenn. “Elizabeth brings significant experience in the bankruptcysector, as well as knowledge and credentials that will greatly benefit our clients involving privacy and security matters.”
A Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private-Sector (CIPP/US), Ms. Brusa concentrates her practice on small dollar lending and bankruptcy, counseling financial services clients on matters related to bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy fraud and abuse, and Chapter 11 filings. She also focuses on matters involving privacy, security and innovation.
Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Brusa was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice’s U.S. Trustee Program, where she prosecuted bankruptcy fraud and abuse in civil cases.
Ms. Brusa received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from The John Marshall Law School. She also holds a Master of Education from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University.
