New Katy banking center opened on Monday, October 29
Amerant Bank, formerly known as Mercantil Bank, and the largest community bank headquartered in Florida, announced it is expanding its presence with the opening of its banking center in Katy, Texas – its eighth banking center in the Greater Houston area.
Located at 21776 Katy Fwy, the new facility opened its doors to customers on Monday, October 29th.

The full-service Amerant banking center will continue in its tradition of providing quality service and a personal touch to exceed customers’ expectations and financial goals, offering personal and business banking customers a wide variety of product offerings.
Serving as market manager, Erik Smith, will lead the new banking center and brings almost 8 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Lobby: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Drive-Thru: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
