Real Estate Developer SobelCo’s Galleria Lofts and 321 at Water’s Edge are Collecting Toy Donations for Toys for Tots Through Dec. 7

Who/What: Galleria Lofts, a collection of 48 contemporary, luxury townhomes offering sophisticated urban living in East Fort Lauderdale, and 321 at Water’s Edge, an 11-story shimmering tower which offers 23 exquisitely finished estate homes in the sky that are located on Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway, are celebrating the spirit of the season by serving as donation drop-off sites for the Toys for Tots toy drive. Donations (new, unwrapped gifts for toddlers or teens) may be dropped off during office hours at both sales galleries.

The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program collects new, unwrapped toys each year and distributes them as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community where the campaign is conducted.

Prices for Galleria Lofts start at $429,990 and purchasers can own with only 10% down. Prices for 321 at Water’s Edge start at $2 million.
