Contemplated venture creates a new Partnership where both the Port of Corpus Christi and Carlyle would jointly fund the development of the safest, most environmentally friendly marine terminal capable of handling the largest crude vessels Thousands of direct and indirect jobs and billions in incremental economic activity would be generated for the state of Texas and the United States Incremental exports through the facility could reduce national trade deficit by up to $50 billion annually
