This 1.9± acre site was purchased by University Storage, LLC for an undisclosed price. Parcels 10 and 7 were closed by Land Solutions, Inc. in February and July 2018, respectively. The property is located in-between Interstate 75 and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway in Estero, FL. The deal was brokered by William Rollins, Doug Meschko, and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions, Inc.
