Nelson Taylor, a property research and valuation expert, has been hired to focus on the market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout the area. Anna Peacock was hired as the Sales Operations Manager to coordinate, monitor, and implement multiple aspects of team processes, including day-to-day operations. The Land Services department has been expanded with two new hires; Annette Keeney serves as the Land Services Coordinator and is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Land Services in all aspects of land projects, including feasibility permit compliance, and asset management. Rhonda Brewer serves as a Project Management Consultant and is responsible for due diligence, entitlements, and development on a variety of assets. Brewer brings to the company over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, entitlements, and development on a variety of assets.

This growth paves the way for solutions that provide highly accurate data for the area’s largest homebuilders, developers, land owners and investors.
