CBRE Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin, First Vice President Larry Genet and Senior Vice President David J. Wigoda, SIOR negotiated the sale of Tamarac Corporate Headquarters, a ±46,704 sq. ft. Class A industrial/flex building located at 6401 Nob Hill Road in Tamarac, Florida.
Nash Buildings, LTD purchased the ±46,704-square-foot property, which closed on September 17, 2018, for $7,250,000.
The Seller, New Jersey-based DeraPropertiesFL, LLC, was represented by O’Loughlin, Genet and Wigoda. The buyer was represented by Luis Marquez, Director at Casal Group. The transaction closed on September 17, 2018.
“Our team successfully closed this transaction with virtually no downtime for previous ownership,” said Genet. “We were able to identify an owner-user who needed immediate occupancy and could close very quickly, thus preventing our client from experiencing any downtime. It was a win-win for both parties, the new owner plans to relocate their business to the facility.”
