The first property, located at 1600 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34240, was sold to WB Development 1, LLC for $270,000. The second property, located at 1601 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34240, was sold to WB Development 2, LLC for $128,060. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions, Inc.
