AmTrust Title Insurance Company is growing its operations in the State of Florida to meet rising market demand for its title insurance services. The company announced today that Monica Ferradaz Lopez, Esq., a seasoned real estate attorney, joins as Sales Representative/Counsel. Mrs. Lopez is charged with business development, underwriting support and the expansion of AmTrust Title’s Florida presence.

As a licensed attorney and realtor, along with her local knowledge and relationships, Monica has the skill set necessary to expand our business throughout the State,” added Jason Gordon, president of AmTrust Title.

Mrs. Lopez’s commercial litigation practice focused on construction and contract law, while her real estate practice allowed her to specialize in closing transactions for various title insurance agencies and underwriters. Additionally, as a licensed realtor Mrs. Lopez assisted buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate transactions.

In addition to being a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Mrs. Lopez is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida, she is a Florida notary public, and she is fluent in Spanish. Mrs. Lopez earned both her undergraduate degree in business administration and her juris doctorate from the University of Florida.
