CMC Real Estate has named Kari Fernandez as Sales Director for Brickell Flatiron, the latest project from veteran Miami developer Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group. With local and international real estate market expertise, Kari will work alongside Fortune Development Sales, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for Brickell Flatiron.

Kari joins CMC from The Related Group, having served as sales director for the company’s new development condominium projects Brickell Heights in Miami and SLS Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires Argentina. During her tenure at The Related Group, she recorded over $360 million in sales since 2012, as the top in-house selling agent for My Brickell, Millecento, SLS Brickell, Icon Bay, Baltus House and Paraiso Bay.

Kari holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Florida International University and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French. During the 20 years she has lived in Miami, Kari has been active in several civic and charitable organizations including the Key Biscayne Women Lion's Club, Voices for Children, UNICEF, Save the Children, St. Jude Children Hospital, and the American Red Cross.
