The asset sold for $13,400,000.

Silver and Hanson had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Miami-based private investor and worked with the Eric Fixler, first vice president capital markets, to secure debt options for the buyers.

Vantage Point is located at 570 Monroe Rd in Sanford. Built in 2007 of tilt wall construction, the property’s shallow depth, efficient floor plates, and single-story design appeals to tenants seeking an attractive corporate image at competitive rates.
