DiGiacomo Group’s Patricia Marquez negotiated the sale of an industrial land parcel totaling 2.31 acres, or 101,059 square feet, located at 10405 NW 19 Street in Doral, Florida.

Buyer Inter Dolphin Property, LLC. purchased the parcel from Rarity Builders, LLC, for $2,675,000.

The deal closed July 31, 2018.

Marquez represented the buyer in the transaction.

“The absorption rate of industrial land in the City of Doral has been significant in the last few years, creating it a challenge to find any development parcels available for purchase,” commented Marquez. “Fortunately, the land site which my client expressed interest in for the development of his headquarters was listed and we were able to facilitate the deal.”

According to a property flyer, the parcel, which is located within International Corporate Park, within minutes from Florida’s Turnpike, State Road 826 and State Road 836, offers approximately 400 feet of frontage on NW 19th Street and allows for up to a 40,000 square foot industrial warehouse.
