Previously, Chetek was a senior vice president investments.

The Chetek Group, led by Chetek, Alex Perez, Chris Garavaglia, and Ryan Briggs, has offices in Miami and St. Louis and has closed property sales transactions in 32 U.S. states. Since 2015, The Chetek Group has sold more than $400 million in commercial real estate to 1031-exchange buyers and overseas investors and achieved some of the lowest cap rates across all major product types.
