Residential tower of luxury mixed-use project receives a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy with closings to begin this month

Giralda Place Downtown Coral Gables’ newest, mixed-use project – received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from Miami-Dade County for its residential tower, which includes 33 luxury condominiums and ground-floor retail. This marks the completion of the development, which previously delivered 57,000 square feet of new ‘Class A’ office space in its initial phase.

After only 26 months of construction, Giralda Place will begin closings this month, with its first residents scheduled to occupy the building shortly thereafter. Set in the heart of Downtown Coral Gables at 255 – 275 Giralda Avenue, the development is the first of its scale to be delivered in the area in the last decade.
