Firm vice presidents earn spots on multiple lists recognizing industry excellence

The Keyes Company is proud to announce that firm Vice Presidents Marta Dupree and Carlos Garcia have been recognized by NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, in its seventh annual Top 250 Latino Agents Report.
Garcia was recognized as No. 19 on the list of Individual Agents in the South, No. 45 on the list of Individual Agents by Volume with $21,144,325 in transactions and No. 158 on the list of Individual Agents. He is a Certified Residential and Relocation Specialist and has been ranked in Keyes’ top five sales associates since beginning his career at the company.
DuPree, who specializes in luxury homes, waterfront, acreage, investments, condos, townhouses, golf and gated communities, was ranked No. 42 in Latino teams by volume with $37,049,333 in transactions and No. 70 in Latino teams. This year is the first that the report recognized top Latino-led teams. Along with Neil DuPree, the DuPree team is a top five producer for Keyes, with a career sales volume of more than $1 billion.

The list, which is compiled using information collected through an open nomination process and applications, includes agents from 30 states and Puerto Rico, with a combined $4 billion in sales.
Last year, the two were ranked in the top 20 in Florida.
The honorees will be recognized at NAHREP’s 2018 National Convention at L’ATTITUDE in San Diego, September 8-11, 2018.
