Healthcare provider is opening a new satellite office in the renovated shopping center
EWM Realty International announced today the completion of a 16,020-square-foot lease transaction for Finlay Medical & Wellness Center at the Miami International Merchandise MART. The deal with the healthcare provider was spearheaded by Lisa Lajes-Rosen, an EWM associate and the retail shopping center’s exclusive listing agent.
“The MART,” which underwent a $5 million renovation in 2017, is located at 777 NW 82nd Avenue in Miami, Fla. Finlay Medical & Wellness Center, which signed a seven-year lease, plans to occupy the space after the first of the new year.
“Finlay Medical & Wellness Center, which has long prided itself on caring for community members across South Florida, was looking to open a satellite office in response to the growing needs of its patients,” said Lajes-Rosen. “With its newly renovated facilities, ample parking, and central location, the MART proved to be the perfect fit.”
Formerly known as the Radisson Mart, the MART is centrally located at the intersection of the 826 Palmetto Expressway and the 836 Dolphin Expressway – an advantageous setting that gives tenants and their patrons easy access to Miami International Airport, Doral and downtown Miami. The building has been updated to include 465 wholesale, retail, and office spaces, along with 300,000 square feet of showroom and retail space, spread throughout three floors.
From its new office, Finlay Medical Center will offer a range of healthcare services to patients, including family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics.
