TH Real Estate, an affiliate of Nuveen (the investment arm of TIAA), acquired Fusion 1560, or 1560 Central Ave, in St. Petersburg, FL.
Built in 2011, Fusion 1560 is a Class-B, mid-rise multifamily community consisting of 325 units with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units and 9,034 sq ft of retail space.
