One Real Estate Investment has announced that David V. Flores has joined the company as Vice President of Acquisition.

Flores has 19 years of experience in real estate investment acquisition, development, leasing, and property and asset management. This includes his most recent work at Nitya Capital, in Houston, where he coordinated the acquisition of 30 properties in under 24 months, valued at $800 million, in four major metropolitan areas.

Prior to that, he held increasing levels of responsibility as Vice President at PM Realty Group and Greystar. He assisted with fundraising efforts for the $50 million PM Realty Group Distressed Asset Fund. At Greystar he executed acquisitions and development of $750 million, including the turnaround of a $450 million portfolio.

He received an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. Flores also completed studies at Monterrey Tec, in Monterrey, Mexico, and a real estate executive seminar at the Harvard Business School.
