Liberty Property Trust Brings Crown Castle USA To Liberty Airport Center in West Palm Beach

Crown Castle USA, Inc. has signed a new lease with Liberty Property Trust for 51,840 square feet of space in Building Two (6035 Southern Boulevard) in the new Liberty Airport Center. The tenant will move into the building when the fit-out is complete.

The agreement brings the 77,760 square foot LEED® certified building to full occupancy.

This is the second building developed by Liberty in the master-planned 70-acre park. The 140,400 square foot building at 6017 Southern Blvd. was completed in 2017 and quickly reached full occupancy. That building is also LEED® certified.

“From the start, there’s been great interest in Liberty Airport Center,” said Andy Petry, Vice President and Market Officer for Liberty in Florida. “The location is outstanding – just two miles from the west of the Palm Beach International Airport and Interstate 95 and midway between Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. Building Three, also 77,760 square feet, is under construction with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2019. We are looking forward to bringing the remaining three buildings to market over the next two to three years.”

When complete, the five-building Liberty Airport Center will offer a total of 660,740 square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution space. Ceiling clear heights will range from 24 feet to 32 feet with typical column spacing of 54 feet wide by 50 feet deep with a 60-foot deep speed bay. Each building is designed for ample car parking and equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, T5 lighting and dock area clerestory windows for natural lighting. Depending on the building, truck court depths range from 130-foot non-shared to 200-foot for shared truck courts.
