Maria Elizabeth de Alfaraz boasts nine years of real estate experience, having previously worked as a sales associate for Elite Ocean View Realty in Coral Gables, Fla. Active in her surrounding community, she is a member of the Miami Association of REALTORS® and volunteers regularly with The Little Lighthouse Foundation. Originally from Colombia, de Alfaraz graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international business from Universidad EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia.
Prior to joining EWM as a luxury lifestyle specialist and commercial sales associate, Sharon Beck worked as an agent for Keller Williams in Miami Beach. She earned a degree from Florida International University as well as an associate’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America. She received her real estate license from the Gold Coast School of Realty in Miami. Originally from Manhattan, Beck has lived in Florida for 20 years.
Vanessa Consiglieri worked for the last four years as an agent with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Originally from Peru, she has lived in Florida for almost 30 years and received her real estate license from Miami Dade College and Florida International University. Active in her surrounding community, Consiglieri is a volunteer with A Good News Rescue, Inc.
Prior to joining EWM, Carlos Fornari worked as a commercial director for business development with Kempler & Co., Inc. in Miami -- a wholesale supply and distribution company for natural gas and renewable fuels. Originally from Argentina, Fornari received his degree in chemical engineering from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is an active member of the Miami Association of REALTORS®.
Ana Cristina Gutierrez is the founder and current president of The Healthy Warrior, a consulting agency dedicated toward helping people achieve successful nutritional practices. Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Gutierrez pursued a degree in accounting there from Universidad Autónoma. A resident of Florida for the last 18 years, Gutierrez is an active participant in the Reason to Run 5K community event, which is based in Miami.
Jorge A. Mas joins EWM, having previously served as chairman of MasTec, Inc., a complex infrastructure construction projects company in Coral Gables. He earned his master’s in business administration and finance from the University of Miami School of Business and is fluent in Spanish.
Giselle Shamis joins EWM with three years of industry experience, having worked as a real estate agent for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Coral Gables. Originally from Callao, Peru, Shamis has lived in Florida for 24 years and is fluent in Spanish. She is an active volunteer with A Good News Rescue, Inc.
