TransMedia Group, one of the largest, award-winning independent PR firms in Florida, has appointed Danielle Stoecker Director of Public Relations.

Stoecker was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY and has recently relocated to the Boca Raton area. She studied public relations at Utica College, a private university in Central New York, and was the recipient of the 2018 Raymond Simon Institute of Public Relations Excellence in Writing Award.

“I am so thankful for the opportunity given to me by TransMedia Group and am looking forward to contributing to the success of the firm,” Stoecker says.

Prior to TransMedia, Stoecker established branding for this newly formed nonprofit in Utica, NY called Season of Giving under the Save of the Day Foundation. The program provides economically disadvantaged families with common household items during the holiday season. She created the nonprofit’s marketing strategies, recommended untapped resources and donor bases to result in a more visible presence in the community. As a result of her branding and the public relations tactics she developed, Season of Giving was able to increase the number of families that benefitted from the organization from 20 in 2016 to 100 in 2017. She has also organized events and fundraising campaigns to benefit local crisis centers, research for cancer and political campaigns.

Stoecker has an extensive background in the performing arts. She is classically trained in the art of ballet and has attended several pre- professional summer intensives with The Nashville Ballet, BalletMet in Columbus, Ohio, and The Joffrey Ballet School. Although she is no longer dancing, her passion and love for the arts lives on and utilizes her artistic side through her writing and pitch ideas.
