The Jills® have earned the prestigious honor of being ranked among the Top 1,000 real estate agents and teams in the U.S., as announced in the 2018 REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal.

REAL Trends ranked The Jills No. 29 on the list of the Top 250 real estate teams in the U.S. and No. 1 among the teams in Florida based on achieving $306,911,000 in closed sales volume in 2017. The Jills have been No. 1 in Florida for sales volume for the 6th consecutive year.

“The Thousand” ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2017. It is divided into four Top 250 categories, separately comparing individual agents and teams based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent must have closed 50 transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume for the prior year. A team must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for the prior year.
In addition to “The Thousand,” The Jills were recognized for their 2017 sales achievements. These include being named the No. 1 residential real estate large team in Miami-Dade and in the state of Florida for the 15th consecutive year; and being honored with the Society of Excellence award — the highest award level for sales associates of Coldwell Banker NRT. Plus, The Jills were recently named among the top 10 NRT large teams across the country in gross commission.
