Liberty Property Trust Completes Lease at Turnpike Distribution Center

Liberty Property Trust today announced it has finalized a long-term lease with Caleco Investments, LLC at 11401 N.W. 134th Street in Medley, Fl. The tenant has leased 25,557 square feet of space in the Class A multi-tenant warehouse/distribution center and has taken occupancy this month. The building is 100% leased.

The tenant was represented by Devin White of CBRE. Pete Sheridan of Liberty Property Trust represented the landlord.

Built in 2007, the 267,980 square foot building, located in the Turnpike Distribution Center, offers 30’ clear height, 60-foot speed bay, energy efficient lighting, a non-shared 130-foot truck court and parking for 1.25/1,000 RSF automobiles. It faces the Florida Turnpike at exit 35 and is about a 30-minute drive to the Miami International Airport and the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Liberty’s overall occupancy rate in its South Florida portfolio remains stable at 96%.
