Fiske &Company, one of South Florida’s oldest CPA firms, announced Marty Williams, CPA/CFF, CFE, has rejoined the firm as Director of Litigation Support Services. Marty joined Fiske & Company in 2004 and managed the firm’s forensic accounting and litigation support services.

Marty has extensive experience working with law firms, plaintiffs and defendants to provide economic damages and lost profits calculations in cases relating to breach of contract, shareholder disputes, personal injury litigation and class action FLSA claims, and he has led various forensic accounting matters including the complex tracing of funds and assets.

As part of the firm’s litigation support team, he contributes insights and clarity to counsel and has provided expert witness testimony for both the State and Federal court, as well as for the American Arbitration Association. His career spans nearly 20 years in both the public and private accounting sectors, and includes “Big 4? firm experience in business advisory, financial consulting, and assurance services.

Williams earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and his Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting, both from the University of Miami. He additionally earned the following professional accreditations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certification in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).Recent awards include “Top CPA in Litigation Support” by the South Florida Legal Guide from 2012 through 2017.
