Todd R. Friedman
Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. announced today that litigation associate, Todd R. Friedman, has been appointed Chair of the University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Committee for 2017-18.
Friedman, who focuses his practice on business litigation, received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, the Bar & Gavel Honor Society and a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. Upon graduation, Friedman clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Gross of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College.
Last year, Friedman was honored as a Fellow of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy for Rising Stars and a recipient of the Young Alumni Leadership Award from the University of Miami Law Alumni Association.
Friedman is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In addition, he is a member of The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division,the Business Law Section, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and a board member of the University of Miami School of Law’s Young Alumni Association.
