Marketing industry veteran will help drive marketing efforts for the firm’s entire commercial and residential portfolio
Florida East Coast Realty, LLC (FECR), a development company that has built 60 million square feet of construction over the past 60 years, announces the promotion of Luis Espinosa to Vice President of Marketing. In his previous role as Director of Marketing, Luis oversaw the marketing efforts for all of FECR’s developments. As Vice President of Marketing, Luis will utilize his 20 years of experience to execute successful campaigns for the firm’s entire commercial and residential portfolio.
Since 2001, Luis has overseen marketing, sales, and public relations for FECR, working directly with the company’s chairman and president, corporate directors, project managers, and advertising and public relations agencies. Among FECR’s upcoming developments, Luis is focused on Panorama Tower and the new One Bayfront Plaza. The 85-story Panorama Tower, slated to open in 2017, will be the tallest building in the state of Florida. The 1,049-foot One Bayfront Plaza will be a mixed-use development, encompassing more than three million square feet, as the tallest building south of New York.
Other projects that Luis has overseen include Opera Tower, a 635-unit residential tower in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District; 1101 Brickell, consisting of 300,000 square feet of renovated office space in two glass-walled towers; 2020 Ponce, a 130,000-square-foot premier class-A office tower in Coral Gables; and Villa Majorca, an upscale residential community in Coral Gables.

Luis is a marketing industry veteran with two decades of experience. Prior to his time with FECR, he held management positions at Knight Ridder Miami Herald and Southland Corporation. He is a graduate of St. Thomas University with Bachelor’s degrees in political science and marketing.
