Christie’s International Real Estate announced the promotion of Rick Moeser, an executive at the company since 2005, to the position of Executive Director. Moeser manages the network’s largest geographic region, spanning the Southeastern, Midwestern and Mountain U.S., the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico and South America. His base of operations is Palm Beach, Florida, in an office shared with Danielle Austin, Vice President and Marketing Director and Katherine Pardo, Affiliate Services and Marketing Coordinator.
“Palm Beach is the ideal place to manage all the territories that I oversee for Christie’s International Real Estate," said Moeser. "We have been located on Worth Avenue for 11 years now. Situated centrally in Palm Beach, where our exclusive Affiliate Brown Harris Stevens has an office, it is also central to the region, making it easy to visit my Affiliates, whether they are located in Rio, St. Barth’s, Charleston or Jackson Hole."
Mr. Moeser joined Christie’s International Real Estate in 2005 as Senior Vice-President. In his 11 years with the company, Moeser opened up markets in South America, Central America and Mexico. He also oversaw the sales of such iconic properties as the Kluge Estate. He was influential in bringing Art Miami to the network with Christie’s International Real Estate serving as the exclusive real estate sponsor.
