U.S. Century Bank welcomes Gustavo Ramon as Vice President and Regional Manager to oversee its Dadeland, East Hialeah and Hialeah Gardens markets.

As regional manager, Ramon is responsible for directing sales and service activities of the branches under his supervision. In this role, he will lead the development of staff including branch managers, business officers and tellers, and guide the performance of the branches in his market.

Ramon comes to U.S. Century from Bank United, where he served as a Vice President and Branch Sales Leader in Doral. He began his banking career at SunTrust Bank, and brings with him more than 15 years of experience in sales and branch management.
