Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced the addition of associate Daniela Ferro to the Miami office as a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Ferro was an associate at Foreman Friedman. While there, she assisted in litigating a complex Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action lawsuit and a variety of commercial cases, including employment discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act discrimination, Title VII, consumer fraud, collections and breach of contract, in federal and state courts. Ferro also was a law clerk for Royal Caribbean International in Miami.
Fluent in Spanish, Ferro is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, the Southern District of Florida and the Northern District of Illinois. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and earned her juris doctor from Miami’s School of Law. Ferro is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia.
