Ms. Ayers joins Tylander’s with an extensive background in customer relations and retail. The second-generation Florida native grew up working for her family’s small business, which engendered a deep appreciation for the importance of community, and instilled a mindset to provide the highest level of customer service.

In her new role, Ms. Ayers will work out of the company’s West Palm Beach office and will serve as a liaison between Tylander’s and its customers. She will continue the tradition of establishing one-on-one relationships with clients to meet and exceed all expectations. Ms. Ayers’ role is a vital one adding a personal touch and instant communication, two things that have set the local company apart from other “big box” stores.

Ms. Ayers, a Palm Beach Gardens resident, attended Florida State University. She, along with her husband, Mike, and three children, are active members of the community.
