Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated an 8,653-square-foot lease for Beta Capital Wealth Management at 777 Brickell Avenue.
The Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Team of Senior Director Tony Jones and Director Ryan Levy represented Beta Capital in the restructuring of its current lease. C&W’s Project Team advised Beta Capital to restructure their lease well in advance of their current lease expiration based on projected market tightening and continued rental rate growth.
Managing Director Andrew Trench of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Alliance RE Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Brazilian construction firm Grupo ARG.
